AN OASIS IN THE CITY

The proposal developed aims to rehabilitate, reconvert and expand Quinta de Sant’Anna, a manor house, in a 5-star tourist resort with 90 rooms and suites. Taking advantage of all existing buildings, new functions were assigned. The main building will function as a reception, lobby, restaurant and it will accommodate some guests. A new contemporary building with straight lines was designed to support the existing buildings, guaranteeing more rooms and also the spa area and breakfast room/events. The hotel also has an outdoor swimming pool, green leisure areas and underground parking.
